How to Manage / Cancel my Account?

You can manage or cancel your subscription account by going to the link below and entering your registered email address.

You can also access this page from the TimeBolt in the menubar, under Account > Manage Account or click the 'Manage Account' icon in the top-right corner.

After entering you email, you'll get a link to login in your inbox.

Once logged in, you can go to the 'Subscriptions' page to manage your subscription.

Note: You cannot stop / pause a subscription and re-subscribe to the same account. Please create a brand new account from the TimeBolt Pricing (opens in a new tab) page if you've paused your account.
