Where is the rest of my timeline? 

When I play a file on my MAC nothing works.

The playhead hangs in my PowerPoint recording.

The problem is the recording is natively saved in PowerPoint as a variable frame rate file (not constant frame rate).

  1. To fix your existing file, we recommend reencoding with Handbrake to a CFR recording. It’s a lot easier just to fix the issue, and adjust how you record for the next video.
